Taking the kernals off the corn cob

I was just shown this and I had to share it.
You take an ear of corn and place it in the center hole of a bundt or angel food cake pan. Now hold it upright and start to cut the kernals off in a downward stroke with a sharp knife. The hole keeps the cob steady, and the bowl part (where the cake bakes) catches all the kernals and milk! No mess! I love this!
