| Yellow squash casserole
YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE
5 medium yellow squash
1 large onion
1 small package cream cheese softened
butter
cheddar cheese, grated
salt
pepper
Slice squash and onion together. Cook until tender in boiling salt
water. Drain thoroughly. Mix squash and onions with cream cheese. Dot with
butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350
until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve warm
