warehouse shopping

..any tips? I joined Sams Club yesterday. I do see you can shop online and print out a shopping list. I think that would help tons. Do they stock the same items all the time?

I know one gal on the frugal thread shops Sams once or twice a year.

Remember you can use regular coupons read there policy in the store or on line. I use to go there with 8 coupons for papertowels and buy the big pack and because they are individually wrapped inside the pack you can use all 8 coupons. The cereal is not one you can use coupons for very easily. So I never bought my cereal there. The can goods are sold in packs of 6 or 8 and they can be sold individually so you can use a coupon that says buy 6 get a $1 off. You can buy 1 pack of green beans and use the coupon.

Remember to watch yourself on buying things sometimes you can get out of control and buy to much because of the bulk shopping is a good deal. I sometimes have a tendency to buy things that I wouldn't normally buy. So I don't usually take dh or the kids with me. Impulse buying is easier to control if you are alone. At least for me it is.

Good Luck. I shop at BJ's and love it.
