Hi all, I just came across this on another site and thought maybe someone or someone you know could benefit from this information
Free Low Income Cell Phone. You can get a cell phone for absolutely nothing. Go to to
SafeLink Wireless
It is for low income people, every month you get 80 free minutes. There is no catch, no hidden charges. If you lose the phone, they will send you another one for free. I just got my replacement phone.

This didn't come across clearly so I tried to clear it up to make the links and explanation work better.

I will be spending Monday at home as dd2 is running 103.1 temp with cough. Advil kicks the temp to 101 so keeping an eye on it and pushing juice and pop cycles to keep her hydrated.

Will work on getting some decluttering done today and tomorrow.

Crochet2, Lea didn't get alot of candy, not many people were passing it out unfortunately. She went with her 'boyfriend' and a friend trick-a-treating and I gave out candy from our church to about 10 kids and gave the rest to Lea and her friends, leaving some for the church. Lea got the tiny High School Musical costume off of freecycle, so what we're gonna do is do what we always do, which is to bag up the costume and send it along with Christmas gifts to her younger cousin which saves my sister from having to buy a costume and it gets a second life.

Today we're just relaxing after church watching movies. I have a long day ahead tomorrow plus we're packing up some of our stuff too. So, just trying to relax while I have the chance...

Hello Ladies --

Happy November! ...but where did October go?

Tree: Your Halloween Party sounds like it was a lot of fun.

I made chicken and dumplings for our dinner tonight, using a couple chicken breasts that I had cooked in the freezer and I tried them this time in my crockpot and using a can of refrigerator biscuits. Not sure how they will turn out, so we'll see.

I made some eggs to go with breakfast this morning and used up the rest of the biscuits I made yesterday. I also made some chocolate-chip muffins to carry us through the week.

I'm finishing up 5 loads of laundry, all done back to back to save on some of the dryer heat, and I'm about sick of laundry for the week. Our kids do their own laundry, otherwise I would be in a really foul mood about now.

It's a beautiful day to be outside today -- I went on a run with DH a little bit ago before he left for work and I still haven't caught my breath. He's trying to "up" his training some and dragging me down the street with him.

Now, I'm getting ready to put a pan of rolls in the oven to have with dinner and settle in for the evening.

Enjoy the rest of the day!

Hello my firends!
Just the usual going on here. Cold water wash and we actually did get to hang a load of clothes outside. They won't be totally dry but every little bit counts.
You all have been doing great at being frugal.
Have a great evening.

Lisa, I am so excited for you and Danny!

I have packed and packed today. I still have tons of junk. I am calling everything junk today! It will be better once dh gives notice. I will have a daily moving sale. There is a lot I am selling. I found myself saying I am selling X because I don't feel like finding a box for it. lol

HAPPY NOVEMBER

Connie - a renovated church? Oh, that sounds so cool. I always thought a church or barn would make a neat house. Glad you're so excited about move

Roberta - glad to hear your dh job got extended. Hope your dd is ok!

Lisa - hope Danny is turning the corner!

FRUGAL today - well I'm reading you all had few or no kids last night. We had right at 300!!! That's down from previous years. Used to be 400-500. It's not just neighborhood kids, they come by car loads! However there were only 7 houses on our block handing out candy. Kitty sat at the door and watched them all.

Today I got clocks changed, made brownies and rolls. All of IL's came for dinner. We had a nice time. Had leftovers for supper. I was pooped when they left, so I took a little nap. Not much else going on.

Hope you all have a great start to your week.

Boggs,That happens to me alot as you are trying that is the main thing.
Tree,Wow that does sound like alot of fun.
Lisa,So glad your son went to church with you.
Jean,Hoping you are ok.
Frugal for me?Dh did some running around and I stayed here at the house with my mom and 2 of the girls. She went home and I was pretty sad.The youngest and I went to swim at the ymca and tongiht we had leftovers.
We got some trick or treaters but not alot. There were alot of houses that wasn't passing candy out and I took my youngest over to where her b/f lives. One guy gave her 1/2 a bag of candy as that was what he gave some teenagers. We stopped trick or treating when she was done.
