I will not purchase "reusable feminine products." The ick factor is way too high for me to try that!
I don't buy 2-ply TP, but I'm with you--if I had it, I would not pull it apart!
If I only wear something for part of a day (like if it's cool in the AM so I put on jeans but change to shorts later) I will save it to wear again. If I've worn it all day, it goes in the wash.
I will not purchase "pre-owned" underwear of any kind - lol! I'm always amazed to see underwear, bras, etc. at garage sales. I guess some people have no choice, but I just can't do it.
I won't use pre-owned underwear but have bought pre-owned bras. Just wash them in a little bleach water, good to go!
I DO wear jeans 2x before I wash them and I DO use a towel after showering 2x before I wash it again.
I won't unroll 2 ply TP to separate it although, with the way my family uses TP???? NO!
I also won't buy 2nd hand shoes for the kids. Now for me, yeah, especially sandals but gym shoes, no.

No to pre-owned underware also. We get TP on sale & using post- consumer recycled paper(not recycled TP LOL) so I would not separate it. We do wear clothes a couple of times before washing if they are not dirty-this does NOT apply to underware. I'm sure there are more but I can't think of any right now.

There isn't much I won't wear that is 2nd hand - especially if I know the prior owner, but underwear is definitely one. I also am a great "armpit sniffer" when going to Goodwill. Because I seem to buy a lot of shirts, and tops. I wouldn't want to consider a 2nd hand nebulizer, untill I could replace some parts.
But with bleach, vinegar, and rubbing alcohol, I feel pretty safe with most things.
I am like a couple of you and if only worn clothes for a little while set them aside to wear again. I have out clothes and home clothes.
Won't buy second hand underwear or shoes, kids have feet problems and second hand shoes have the previous owners 'wear' pattern.
Fresh food would be the other, I won't buy meat or dairy after the best buy date, on the date yes, after no. Veges would be the same.
I wouldn't see any benefit in unrolling 2-ply toilet paper since it is more expensive than the 1-ply anyway. I do save my jeans to wear again if only worn part of the day on a cool day but not in the hot summer. People actually sell used underwear at garage sales? Gross. The thrift stores here aren't allowed to accept them for healh reasons even if they are washed. I wouldn't buy used shoes. Another thing that I wouldn't do is buy produce at the swap meet.
