What goody should dd make for at rummage sale?

My 10 yr. old is going to set up a table at a friend's rummage sale. She's planning on making some bracelets and selling those. I didn't tell her that I didn't think it'd be very profitable, but I suggested she make some kind of baked good to sell. I'm going for cheap here. I thought about lemonade, but then we'd need to go out and buy disposable cups. The most cost efficient idea I could find so far was chocolate chip cookies from the Four Ingredient Cookbook, which uses: box yellow cake mix, eggs, oil and chocolate chips. Any other frugal ideas?

A few "frugal" and low prep ideas...

Baggies of carmel popcorn ( and you won't have to worry so much about spoiling)

Cans of soda
although there is a small cost to begin..you can make a great profit. You can usually get a 24 pack for at the most $6.00. If ou sell the soda at $.50 a can you will make $12.00. A $6.00 profit!

and finally...how about face painting? Again not alot of start up cost and that is a real draw to kids. It will also keep the kids bus while mom shops!

Just a few thoughts!

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are always a big hit and if you shop at a dollar store or Aldi's, you can usually make them for around $1.50 or so. Charge maybe 25 cents each, profit for 12 would be 1.50 although I think they make more than 12? Can't remember.

Thanks for the ideas. She made the cookies and made up only the cost. Of course, it was all profit for her. Thanks for the reminder on the pop idea. I'd read that and forgot about it. We're doing another sale in the next couple of weeks and we'll plan on doing the pop idea, too.
