Easy Cocoa Frosting

as posted by cat lover in the July 2004 What's for Dinner? thread.


Easy Cocoa Frosting

3 tbsp margarine, softened
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/3 cups confectioners sugar
2 to 3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

In a small mixer bowl combine all
ingredients; beat to spreading
consistency.

Yield: 1 cup frosting

this sounds so good, I will definately try this next time I make a cake. I am always looking for a good frosting recipe.
