Childhood friends

Hi

I still keep in touch with about 5 girlfriends from my chilhood. I only see them about once every 5 years but thanks to e-mail we can send pics and keep in touch. They all stayed home and I moved away. I'm always thankful for them....they know me inside and out.

I have used classmates to find some old friends and I have also used gradfinder....anouther great site to find old friends. I have a 20 year reunion coming up so most of my school chums are listed on these 2 sites. I've had alot of fun reconnecting with them over the past few months. I can hardly wait to go home and see them all now.

I still have 3 friends from grade school. One I see often, we live about 30 minutes away from each other, we talk on the phone all the time and are always emailing each other. Another friend, lives 15 minutes away from me, I see her once in a while, we chat every now and then. And another friend lives in OH, she moved here when we were in 6th grade, she stayed here for 6 weeks before her family had to move again. We still keep in touch via email and letters and every now and then we'll chat on the phone. I think its amazing how we knew each other for a short period of time and all these years later we still keep in touch
