Have you made long lasting friendships at FC? How do you stay in touch with them?

Same here Sharon on Bunny and Margaret. And when I see Frogs I think of her and Bar-Bar as well as myself. Margaret was a blessing to me in visiting my old and dear friend Louise a mile or so down from her own apt. She even tackled the HIGH RISE Lou lives in for me and she like me was afraid of heights. She kept in contact with her by phone after that for me. I have tried calling Lou's phone but no answer so am worried as she is in mid 80's. Nuff before I get "down"

I remember when Gabe was born and how worried LindaLou was! We all talked and prayed with her daily.

Yes, it would be nice to meet people from here.

I have met 5 ladies that I met in another forum. We get together every 2 years. We have been emailing for 10 years now. This past summer was the 4th time we have met.
It is a lot of fun. And we have all become very good friends.

Margaret, Patti and I was the frog sisters.
in fact have a zipper pull of a frog from Patti and a frog hanging from my lamp from Margaret..
Linda Lou and I still email one another once in a while, to check on one another.
Have wonder mnay times about Nancy (kellydid), but never hear from her any more.
I know when I was without computer I missed hopping on to visit my friend/family from FC.

Oh familycornerville was be a riot with all of us, our husbands and kids would never see us.
but at least we would know we had family/friends when we needed one another...and a shoulder to cry on.
