adonianyx31, welcome to FC! I look forward to getting to know you. Is it the 8 yr old that has the Asperger's Syndrome? I hope you live in a good location that you have access to professional's in Asperger's or Autism that can help you. 4 children is quite a handful! I hope to see you around on FC.

Adonianyx31, welcome to the boards! I have found this a great way to make new friends. Everyone is really friendly and very helpful. My daughter had a friend who had Asperger's syndrome. We first met her in pre-school and they went to school together for a few years then her family moved. During high school, they moved back and her mom called us to see if my dd would like to mentor her around the high school so she wouldn't be alone etc. till she made friends. She was only there for a couple classes a day (her mom homeschooled her for other classes) but she did very well. Do you like taking online classes? I have been thinking of going back to school for my Master's degree and wondered if online classes might be a way to start but really know nothing about doing it that way.

Welcome, I hope you find as I have a great place to chat & vent sometimes. I have 3 grown daughters, my oldest dd & 9 year old dgd live with us. My dh is retired , he retired when my Cass was 5 to take care of her. I work in a school, first in Special Ed & now as a computer specialist. Asperger's Syndrome can be challenging, 2 of my dd have learning disibilities. Luckily they have found ways to compensate and both hold full time jobs and are successful adults. So hang in there.

Hi Adonianyx31. I have 4 kids. Three of them are boys. Two of the boys are both 15 years old. They aren't twins. One of the is my step son. They are only 9 days apart. Sometimes they want to celebrate their birthdays together. We leave that to them each yr. lol
We have 1 girl.
This is a great site. Hope you are enjoying it. Lots of great ladies here.
