Looking for Pen Pals

Ah yes, clutter. That is a four letter word in my house. My dad was a horrible pack rat, and I always swore I would never be like that...Well, let me just say that I am not a pack rat, per say, but looking at my house sometimes you wouldn't know it!

Regarding the pen pal thing, I should have said this part earlier, I am a mostly SAHM to a almost 3 year old, I do mystery shopping and other project work to supplement my husband's income. I enjoy reading, walking, hiking, internet surfing and good sales. I'm in my 30s, and live in Seattle, WA, which is where I was born and raised. I love my hometown. My daughter makes sure I laugh everyday, and I enjoy her enormously. As already mentioned, I am NOT a cleaner!

I am also in my 30's, I have 3 kids 10,8, and 6 and I run a home daycare. My hubby is with the Canadian military. I was in seattle years ago(25+) to see the King tut Exhibition. I remember going up the space Needle and it was all decorated for halloween...pretty neat when you are just 13!!!

I am interested in being your pen pal Dawn. I too enjoy doing crafts. I do a lot of them woth my kids. I am a stay at home Mom who does Day Care. I have twin 6 year old boys that are always on the go. So it seems like I am always cleaning. I also like to bake. I am always trying new recipes. I really like doing the treats for my sons' class parties. Well, that's enough about me.

I do housework for a living and i must say it is not easy to do someone elses. What you think is clean may be not good enough for them at times. But then with any job it has the ones that are really fussy.

I give you a lot of credit for cleaning for other people. I used to do that. I cleaned people's homes and cleaned some of the offices around our town. I can't believe how messy people are. I guess if it's in their home it's one thing but in the offices that is really bad. I don't do that anymore. Now I am a SAHM with 6 year old twin boys. If that doesn't keep me busy enough, I also do daycare in my home.

Welcome to family corner. I also run a home daycare and I have 3 kids aged 6,8, and 10. Have you checked out the preschool daycare thread yet. You can always start a new thread if there is not one with a topic you want.

I, too, would like to be a pen pal to each of you. This is new for me. I work full-time, my children are older now, but would like the interaction with others. Cleaning is NOT my thing, but I need to learn soon. I love to cook. I love to bake. I have been on a fisihing trip in Manitoba. I loved Canada.
