Wow....what a wealth of info on the abbreviations......I guess I'm a bit "sugary" because I have always thought DH, DD, DS were for darling husband, darling son, darling daughter. I know dear is great, too, but somehow in my mind I thought everybody was abbreviating for darling. Live and learn!
