my oldest DD uses abbreviations all the time in her emails to me and my mom ( her nana) and still to this day nan doesnt understand what she is saying and i have to 'translate' her emails lol I have copied and printed out ALL of the common abbreviations for her but just when you think you have it all figured out the teens come up with some new ones lol
Lets hope one day we get them all figured out lol

I was looking for something like this-I can't stand to find abbreviations that I don't know!! I'm an RN so I'm able to write entire sentences using just abbreviations-kinda like the military!!!
Thanks for the help

Ty Ty Ty!!
IC a whole new language with these Internet Abbreviations.
I'm glad I stumbled into this forum. Many a time I've had to look at those abbreviations and "guess" at just what they might mean. Truthfully, my guesses weren't all that correct. So, again, Ty Ty Ty!!

Could someone tell me what "bump" is supposed to mean? Sometimes I read threads in my gardening club and the only thing in some peoples slot is "bump". Thanks.
TY TY TY to all for those abreviations. I was on my way to bed, and am glad I was able to see these first. I'll have to copy them down for future use. TY TY TY again.

Thanks so much. That was simple. I'll put it on my list.
You're from Whitmore Lake? I'm a born Michigander myself.--Detroit, but also have lived up below the Soo on Neebish Island back in 1974-1977-8. I would love to move back to somewhere way north of Detroit, but DH doesn't want to.
