Hmm well try going here http://www.breadworld.com/ and scroll down on the left side of the site where it says Special Offer

Bummer! It happened to me, too. Once you fill out your info and hit the "submit" button, it says that the URL cannot be found.

Maybe we will luck out and it will go through anyway.

It finally worked for me but you do have to check the box saying that you agree to receive e-mails from them of new offers they have coming out.

I read a little of it. I'm more into the simpler to follow recipes. I don't have extra time for recipes that require extra prep and all. My mom has more time on her hands and will enjoy it I'm sure. But it was free and I wasn't going to pass up the offer ;-)
I had about given up on it. It took forever it seemed for it to arrive. Take care Amanda.
