Norma, yes, I did send it out--but I wrote "INSTANT YEAST" on the baggie...hope it gets there safely.

Barb - the yeast arrived yesterday, intact. I obviously had a panicked moment, remembering back to the anthrax, both real and fake that closed some of our post offices a few years ago.
