Friday I received more free samples and coupons from Tampax. With 3 women in our house this is a great thing.

Recieved a free sample of the Emergen-C today. I will try it after I finish off my vitamins, don't want to mix. They gave 2 different flavors. I'm going to try the Cherry-Pomegrante. They also gave a Pink Lemonade that says it's a good post work-out so I'm going to let my son try that one.

I've enjoyed my samples of Emergen-C that I've gotten over the year. They seem to give me more energy so I save them for a day I'm dragging but need to get things done in the house.

I received a Honey Nut Cheerios with coupon, don't remember if I mentioned it earlier or not. Freebies are harder to find and seem to be taking longer to receive too.

Received Nestle School Days Planning Calendar with great coupons inside. A little late, but the coupons are great.

2day I got a Curel lotion sample and an FDS wash sample...

Wendy just go to Butterballs website www.butterball.com and fill out the form for them to send you the recipe booklet. Not sure if they are still offering it or not.

Remember just about every company has a website nowadays. I look on the boxes or cans of products to get the website or just google the name. Alot of companies have recipes, newsletters and offers on there site just for becoming a free member.

The newsletters come in handy for new ideas they tell you about new products and promotions going on.
