| Tex-Mex Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 1/2 cups salsa, chunky style
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oil
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side for about 2 minutes. Turn, and add salsa, chilies and cumin; mix well. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until done.
