I'm just in the process of getting new bras after losing a 8kg, almost the size I was before I had kids. What a chore, now down to a size 12D or 14C.

I bought a couple Champion brand bras for exercising and they are a really good brand.
GREAT support for the girls if you are needing a good sports bra.

I need new undies. I am wearing my "desperation undies" today, you know, the ones that are all out of elastic but you still have them in your drawer anyway to wear on the days you don't get to the laundry!!!! LOL!!!!!!!

hugs, train

I've just replaced my undies, was waitng for the store that I buy them from to have thier 15% sale, these are just the right size, fit comfy, they have elastic that does not unravel and last for ages I just needed a smaller size.

I bought new sports bras 2, they are Berlei ones and I can tell you they are pricey but nothing moves when you jump up and down, nothing! They are also great and the other 2 new ones I bought are great as the lady and I were discussing a good bra with strong straps will not only lift your boobs but make your torso look longer therefore making you look taller and slimmer, and by heck it works! I went home and tightened all the straps on my bras some I was left with nowhere to go so I cut off an inch or 2 in the strap elastic and sewed back together and they are really good now.

1 bad look I found was there are 2 ladies at curves, 1 wears NO bra, not pretty and must hurt her and the other may as well not be wearing a bra and still not pretty LOL.
Go with the best you can afford!

Any udies with loose elastic are the ones I wear on the weekend with the now improved bras, not figured out a way to extend the elastic in the knickers though yet.

Meg they are Target ones they have a little bow in the middle of the front (helps me get dressed in the dark to go to curves and make sure I have them on the right way) they have tricot (3 stitch zigzag) stiched elastic and are either $3.50 a pair or come in 3 pks for $10ish I think (don't quote me on the price) but they really last, they get holes before that elastic goes. I usually wait for their store 15% off not sure if you have that down south.

Have you watched any of the Trinny and Susanah undress the nation shows? I think thursday night here on 7.

Nearly strangled myself trying on new bra's!
Lets just say the size I USED to wear is not the same as the bigger size I should have been trying on!
Well, I put my old stretched out comfy bra back on and left the store!
The girls may be hanging too low because they are geting no support but they are comfortable happy!

hugs, train
