Wow! What a difference with the color you used on the newer version. You even got a different car! LOL! (Just kidding.)
Thank you Anna for sharing you picture. Amazing what a few coat of paint can transform. It's an eye-pleaser for those passing by for sure and gives your home a more distinct presence. What do you know, it's all from a few buckets of paint. I sure enjoyed the transformation.

Thanks it definitely is a vast improvement from all the other "white" houses. I'd like to claim we did all the hard work but we hired it done and yes, different cars LOL! We own both actually.. the truck is mine most of the time.

We have a family van and I would love another vehicle so that is cool that you have the truck from time to time! That is a good vehicle for offroading...
Anyhoo, regardless of whoever painted the house, it was a great decision to get it done!
When I saw where you lived I ask my friend who is from Hawaii if it was in Hawaii, she came running up and said Why??? and then she told me what it means. We actually have 2 folks where I work from Hawaii.
I used to have a minivan... I really miss it.

Thanks we hope so... while our house is too small inside for entertaining, our yard is always open and welcome to all our neighbors. The guys like to hang out, drink a beer and talk about world events their jobs, etc. while us ladies usually have coffee or a Pepsi and talk about the local sales and what's happening in the neighborhood. Dh wants to put up a chain link fence this summer in the front yard with a gate entrance to the street and side of the driveway so we can bring our dogs out front.
I'd also like to plant another couple trees out there either Buckeye trees or Cherry.

You are so lucky to have great neighbours that feel comfy just dropping around. A great sense of community.
The kids of the neighbourhood here used to do that but they have all grown up and moved away as my ds was the youngest.
