I dunno Deb you can't see the dips in the ground and grass where the kids play cricket and have compacted it or where the dog digs LOL.
It's wierd you can have tropical but drought tolerant plants???

Finally got my first spaghetti squash. Loads are starting on the vine. Once I pick this one should give strength to the others. Not bad for seeds from a store bought squash. Also stuck a bottom of a collard plant it started rooting right away. _______ Sueanne

My! A nice sized squash, Sueanne! Having it tonite? I transplanted some pansies today and want to repot my house ivy next. Their feet are out growin the pots they are in. How's your tomato plants doing.
Carol Ann The roma tomatoes my DH bought are low growing ones for patio planting. Hopefully they are as good as the regular kind I use to plant? All my neighbors are in awe at the size of the spaghetti squash plant the way it is spreading. Been giving out seeds to everyone that stops by. Cut up the spaghetti squash strands today and added it to soup in the dish. _________ Sueanne

Roma tomatoes are the ones I plant, they have just come out in flower and I have 6 little tomatoes started bulb out. I like the romas because I don't have a huge space to grow them in, they are pretty compact or just grow upwards.
