There was no caption under the picture. So, I have no idea where it came from, but it is very large. It may have rolled in from behind the photographer, but I doubt it. You can see the drywall probably the ceiling under the rock near the chair.

Thank you. I knew that wasn't a meteor, but that rock appears to have came from straight ahead. I was hoping there was a juicy story. lol
I HATE being on the phone pressing buttons, jumping throuhg hoops BEFORE I can even talk to a human. Then, when I do talk to a human, that person asks me for the same flipping information I had to enter on the phone! My bil told me to press 000 (zero, zero, zero) rapidly and I can get straight to a human. I did it the other day and it worked!
DeBora - I know your pain on the person. I have been talking to the phone company for over a month. When I would finally get a person it was always the problem is in the line in the house. After getting static, static so bad you couldn't hear, cutting in and out, then phone dead and finally wireless disconnected I called and after doing the answers to an automated and not getting anywhere I also punched in the 0 and talked to a live person. A repairman was scheduled and lo and behold it was their problem.
The picture makes you never want to live below a rocky hillside. Reminds me of Chicken Little, "the sky is falling".

Karen, a friend of mine had a father that was killed by a rock like that as he was driving through a hilly area. You may have seen those areas with signs that say, "Watch for falling rocks?" Ever since then, I really watch for them. It's a good thing there was nobody in that chair when that rock fell.
This thread is now closed. You may continue to post pics on the new gallery forum.
