Now that the weather is cooler, I will begin using my treadmill once again.

I need to do something to jumpstart myself

If my post is not in the right place give me a howller.

I used treadmill once in a while. I do not have one and if I do, I would probably use it everyday.

I go to the gym every weekday and do cardio for thirty minutes and some weightlifting. I workout about 45 minutes a day.

Using the treadmill, I could only go up to 4.5 and for two minutes.
Other than this, the side of my tummy will start aching.

Mark and I go to our neighborhood gym. It's one block away which is why we joined it. we knew we wouldn't want to drive anywhere and that would be our excuse for not going.
Mark has been going since he finished his rehab last summer. I just recently got myself remotivated!

It's a a small place but that's OK.
I am doing the treadmill so far but I havn't got it going on an incline yet. I walk/run for 30 minutes, 6 times a week.
I always take some music with me and the view out the window is the tennis courts!

hugs, train

chuckle

I used to have a treadmill, but now I prefer to just walk outside. Use it everyday -- and try to program it to vary your speed and incline. That is the best way to get a full workout. I walk/jog for 45 minutes and get my heartrate going (and the sweat going, too!!).

good on you. Well the ultimate goal. should be every day, but if you just started three times a week 30 minutes are already go enough. But you need to measure your heart rate if you really want to lose some fat... I think
