ajrsmom, I guess you must live in the "southern states"? Here in north country, we are famous for being one of the heaviest states...seems like it is always between MI. & WI. I think WI. actually has that honor now. Seems like our plus sizes are getting bigger & bigger..not a good thing..

You are doing wonderful on your healthy life plan! Keep up the good work!
