I said I'd tell you about the videos when they came in and I've just tried them over the weekend. Leslie Sansone's You Can Do Abs is a stability ball workout. It begins with basic instruction such as how to get on and off the ball without breaking your neck etc. She gives a lot of information during the workout like what to do if you're just beginning, or if you're looking for more challenge. I really like that. It's a workout that can grow with you as you get better at it. The yoga tape is similar. She gives a lot of information about where your shoulders should be, hips tilted or squared, abs tight etc. All the positions are basic and thoroughly explained. She moves slowly so it's easy to keep up and again, she gives examples for beginners and those more familiar with the practice. I'm very pleased with the tapes.
