Orange Chicken with Rice
1 lb breaded chicken chunks. (Cook according to directions)
1 Jar of Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes
In a non-stick pan warm up the orange marmalade, add chicken stock, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes. Toss chicken (I baked my chicken instead of frying) in the orange sauce and coat well.
Serve over rice with an egg roll.
