steak fajitas
1# round steak - Cut into thin strips
1- small onion - diced
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2- roma tomatoes, cut into slices
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg flour tortillas
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Brown steak meat adding spices and onions. Brown well. Add peppers and tomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
In another pan, place four tortilla, meat mixture, cheese, top with another tortilla. Turn when brown and brown other side.
I make mine using the flat sides of my waffle iron, that way, I don't have to flip and it cooks from both sides.
