Mexican Pizza
1/2 (17.3 oz) pkg frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
3/4 c spaghetti Sauce
1/4 c Pace picante Sauce
3/4 c shred mozzarella cheese
3/4 c shred cheddar cheese
1/4 c sliced black olives
Thaw pastry sheet at room temp 40 mins til easy to handle.
Heat oven 400°F.
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface.
Roll pastry sheet into a 15 x 10-in rectangle, place onto baking
sheet. Prick pastry w/fork.
Bake 10 mins til pastry is golden.
Stir spaghetti sauce and picante sauce in small bowl.
Spread sauce mix on pastry to within 1/2-in of edges.
Top w/cheeses, sprinkle w/olives.
Bake 5 mins til cheese is melted.
Cut pizza into 8 pieces.
