| Easy Fried Rice

Cooked rice, approx 1 1/2 cups (best cooked ahead and refrigerated)
Handful cooked frozen peas
Baby corn cut in half
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 beaten eggs, panfried and sliced
Sliced onion
Any cooked meat you like (ham, chicken, pork)
Throw all together in a spray-oiled pan; toss, warm and stir in some soy sauce.
Serve.
You can use any cooked meat and mixed frozen vegetables.
