I knew why she was in a cell alone. Legally, the jail has to protect her and if the other inmates are going to hurt her, they cannot subject her to them.
However, I do NOT understand why starving, crying, and anything else should get her released? She should be put in the jail's hospital and put under observation like they would do for any other inmate. There should be some serious outcry about this.
Did anyone else hear that the prosecuter heard, for the first time, that Paris Hilton was let out of jail? Due to the public outcry, she has to go back to court, to the very same judge that said she will NOT serve her sentence at home or in city jail. I hope he is angered by this and puts her back and fires the guy who let her out.
It appears that the judge has called Paris Hilton AND the sheriff into court today. I also heard that a motion has been filed to have charges brought against the sheriff for contempt.
I hope he gets in trouble and she is put back in jail. According to the spokesman for MADD, there are 18,000 deaths from drunk driving each year. She isn't going to take this seriously if she isn't punished, especially since this isn't her first offense.
I just heard on the news that Paris won't appear in court, she's having a phone conference......Wonder how she got away with not appearing in the court room......Part of her special treatment, I guess....
Well, Paris Hilton is supposed to be there in 30 minutes, but she decided to phone in the judge instead. I just got home from the store, so I don't know the whole story, but I smell a contempt of court coming.
Ah poor little rich girl...One set of rules for us regular folk and another set for Paris Hilton...gee I wonder if other inmates will stop eating to get released...
That is such sh*t for her to be released because she didn't like the food...Well suck it up,get over it and do your 45 days...now she is living in the lap of luxury again in her own mansion under house arrest...gee she really has it hard...
Ah to be that rich and that spoiled to throw a tantrum and get what she wants...my 4 year old grandson acts older than Paris Hilton...

I wonder if she will even come out of the house? If she baracades herself inside, then the big bad police will look bad busting in to get a poor little white rich girl who only crashed her car after having a "few drinks." Can't you just hear it now? "The punishment is too harsh.
