| Hot Artichoke Spread
This recipe comes from the Captain's Inn at Moss Landing in Monterey County, California
2 - 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded
Toasted bread sliceds
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a blender combine first 7 ingredients; pulse till blended and smooth. Spread into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or till browned. Serve on bread slices. Makes 4 cups
