| Onion Sour Cream Dip
2 tbsp butter
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 - 16 oz ctn sour cream
1/2 cup scallions, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
In a large skillet melt butter. Add onion and cook stirring occasionally till lightly browned. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely. Stir in sour cream, scallions, chives, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
