Hot Asparagus Dip HOT ASPARAGUS DIP 24 oz. asparagus spears 1 1/2 cups mayo 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, chopped salt pepper Drain and chop asparagus. Add all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if you wish. I serve this dip with freshly made hot french bread cubes.
