 Pear & Vadalia Salsa
PEAR & VADALIA SALSA 2 cups chopped vadalia onions 1 cup diced unpeeled pear 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper 2 TBSP. chopped fresh jalapeno pepper 2 TBSP. chopped fresh cilantro 2 TBSP. lime juice 3/4 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate. This salsa has just the right kick with the pepper and the pear makes it so good!!
