Oh, I have several of Leslie's video's and really enjoy doing them.
Luvsbirds, they are a set of walking videos called "Walk Away the Pounds" and it's very simple what they used to call non-impact or low-impact aerobic steps. She has it measured so you are walking 1, 2 or 3 miles. Takes approximately 15 minutes per mile. They are simple to follow - not like Richard Simmons where you get really worn out. LOL!

Since we are facing Easter Sunday dinner tomorrow, while I'm not planning to let myself just eat until I'm stuffed, I also am not going to make myself feel deprived so I plan to start back on Dr. Phil's RSP Monday morning. I also need to be sure and increase my exercise some since at my weigh in on Wednesday I hadn't lost anything and my measurements hadn't changed at all in a month!
