Flax seed has more oppurtunities than you think

To all you women out there:
Flax seed has more than one thing that it helps. It also helps with lack of energy, too much energy, ulcers, ADD/ADHD, and many others. My dh is taking it and i have seen a GREAT change in him. Also my energy daughter takes it and it has helped her with containing her energy. So if you all are interested in living a happy and healthy lifestyle I would greatly reccomend you taking flax seed as a supplement to your every day diet. Hope you all have a great day and see you all again later. Jeanne

Okay - here's the best that I can explain it. It's rather a cross between yoga, pilates, dance, etc but you only ever do 8 rep's of anything and you get really fast inch loss. I found it after a car accident left me with a ruptured disc in my neck. After months of physical therapy and seeing a neurosurgeon he was discussing surgical options and I was taking 3-4 Valium a day for pain. I remembered reading about T-Tapp in a magazine story and had bookmarked the website. I went back to it and kept reading about all the pain relief benefits and the inch loss success stories and thought to myself that it looked absolutely too good to be true ya know? Anyway, called the office and basically interrogated the office staff about the program and then finally decided I had nothing to lose. Once I received the program I started with the Instructional Video's and within a week I was completely off of my Valium!!!!! Having two small children that was an extreme blessing for me. After 3 weeks on the program my neurosurgeon released me from his care saying that I didn't need surgery and the SIDE benefit was that in those 3 weeks I lost over 13 total inches and a full size with NO DIETING! It really made me a believer.

Since then, I've seen and heard many success stories from T-Tappers all over the world who are getting great inch loss results, health results as well as pain relief. There is even one T-Tapper in Texas with Fibromyalgia and Systemic Lupus who has lost 4 dress sizes with this program and best of all is getting the feeling back in her hands and feet. I could go on and on about women - and men - across the country who participate on the forum at http://www.t-tapp.com and share their successes with the program. Teresa Tapp trained models internationally for 18 years so she has worked with all different body types, heritages and problems. The first time I heard her speak I thought to myself, Oh my Gosh! I'm 41 years old and I've never heard these things and they make SO much sense. Totally amazing!

You DON'T use weights and it IS totally non-impact. I've heard it described as standing in one place and losing weight. But, don't be fooled - the exercises look extremely easy but if you practice proper form then they become more difficult and as you build up your core strength, your metabolism speeds up. This program was designed to give you long, lean, sculpted looks - not bulk. You can call the office toll free to ask questions as well - 877-TAPP FIT. The girl that I first spoke with, Lauren, is very knowledgable. I know that many people have tried to get Teresa to do infomercials but so far she has stuck to promoting it this way where she can maintain a staff of qualified people to help any of the clients who are having specific problems. Tell me another fitness guru who does that???

Hi jeanne,

I've never head of that particular thing. I posted the URL incorrectly before but have edited it. Try this: http://www.t-tapp.com and see if you get it. Also, I would highly recommend speaking with Lauren in the office - she deals with so many different people with different health and weight challenges and she is just so darn sweet!

Of course I'd be happy to share whatever I can with you, but DO check out the website.

K

Hi Kit Kat;
I had a very short time to check it out but i plan on going back there to that website when i have time. Chiari I Malformation is like having tonsilites but instead of having it in your throat the tonsils in the back which hold the spinal fluid are swollen and causing my neck to come down into my spine. It is kinda scary look it up if you would like to know more about it. The founders name is Arnold Chiari. So please send me some more info ok? Thanks Jeanne

Can someone explain the benefits of flax seed? Is there such a thing as overdosing on it?
Has anyone ever heard of the water cure???

Dear Goria,
Here is a website to look for more info on flax. www.barleans.com. There are many benefits from flax; if you have diabetes it helps, if you have ADD/ADHD it helps that way, dietary ways, It helps with depression, regulates blood sugar, regulates blood pressure, prevents toxin build up, treats hyperactivity disorders of different sorts, it provides nutrients you can not get in any diet of any kind. You have to intake flax oil supplements. It has necessary nutrients that your entire body needs. It has so many health benefits it would be impossible to list them all here. Regulates your stools, your bladder, has more nutrients and good fat than you can get from a total fish diet. When you eat it makes you feel satisfied and helps prevent over eating. Good for the heart, blood , and the brain, liver, Kidneys, has natural antioxidants. Helps prevent and has in cases cured certain types of cancer. You can not over dose on it. The oil you can mix with food of all kind, with certain drinks, as a salad dressing,etc... It comes in a capsule form or liquid form. My husband uses it and has learned alot about it. By taking 2 products with a good multivitamin you would get everything your body would need. Barlean's flax oil and greens. These are available at about any Health Food Store. There are many types of flax oil supplements but Barlean's has the highest lignan content and it is purest. The Greens are spendy but worth it and my husband only takes half of the recommended daily dosage. It last longer this way and it is still effective enough. The flax is not that expensive at all. The Greens are $34.95 for 120 capsules. The recommended dose for Greens is 12 a day. My husband takes 6. The Flax for 250 capsules is $25.00 or $26.00 the daily dosage for flax is 9 capsules per day my husband takes 3 and it works fine. If you have any more questions feel free to email me and ask them.

8 minutes

I bought whole fresh flax seed and a grinder. I never could adjust to it. It just tore my stomach up (and other areas). I am a vegetarian, so used to lots of roughage, but I couldn't tolerate the flax. I might give it a try again this summer. I bought a lot of it and have kept it refrigerated, so I assume it's OK to use. What do you think? Would it have gone bad?
