This is a very good article about Fat Flush. I haven't read the entire book but this is what I understand:
Our liver gets clogged up very easily. One rouond of antibiotics or OTMs can plug it up.
Low fat or no fat foods do not help, they can cause us to be depressed and put on weight. Also the more refined fat free carbs we eat the more we crave them.
We need to comsume good for our body fats. Flax seed is the best. Of course I will need to use evening primrose oil.
I have stopped eating salad dressing. I use olive oil and red wine vinager. A little pepper sometimes too! We now keep olive oil and vinager on the table. My daughter uses olive oil on her veggies and baked potatoes.
