| Has anyone tried Volumetrics?
I've been doing research on different diets. I have tried so many, and they don't work for me because I never feel FULL! That's really important to me, especially in the beginning of a diet.
I read about The Volumetrics eating plan, by Dr Barbara Rolls. It is a diet based on the feeling of saiety (or fullness). The recipes teach you how to eat the same volume of food with less calories by incorporating more fiber and water into the dish. It feels great so far. I have been eating a lot of salads and soups, and the proteins and carbs are normal portion sizes, that you just augment with veggies and fruits to fill your plate and your tummy.
i was wondering if anyone else has heard about or tried this plan?
