| Vanilla Ice Milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbsp fat free, sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups 2% milk
1 - 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Combine sugar and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in the milk and remaining ingredients. Pour milk mixture into freezer container of a 1 1/2 quart electric ice ceam maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings
