
Frozed Chocolate Crunch-----------8 squares 1 oz. each German sweet chocolate chopped----2/3 cup light corn syurp----2 cups heavy whipping cream divided----1-1/2 cups coarsley crushed cram-filled chocolate cookies----1 cup walnuts----Additional crushed cookies or walnuts optional-------------------------In saucepan or microwave bowl, melt chocolate with corn syrup untill smooth----Stir in 1/2 cup cream. Refrigerate 1 hour or until cool. . Stir in crushed cookes and walnuts. In mixing bowl beat remaining cream until peaks form., fold into chocolate mixture. Spread into a 9 in. square dish. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm. Sprinkle with additional cookies and walnuts if desired. 12-16 servings........
