Someome wanted a recipe for Snow Ice Cream awhile back,but I don't remember which forum it was even aked about so I thought this would be a good place to post it; I hope who ever wanted it finds it here!
1 1/2 cups half & half
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Salt
2 qts. clean fresh snow
Chocolate syrup
Pour the half & half, vanilla and sugar in a bowl. Whisk together and add a pinch of salt. Quickly stir in the snow until the mixture reaches cream consistency. Spoon into bowls and add chciocoalte syrup and enjoy!
