Chocolate Candy (crockpot)

2 lbs. white chocolate
4 oz candy bar(snickers twix, anykind you like)
12 oz. milk chocolate morsels
24 oz dry roasted peanuts

put everything in crock pot. cook on low for two hours. turn off and stir. spoon onto wax paper. takes about 1 hour to dry. makes 30-45pieces.

In all the time Ive been making choc. candy, I never thought of trying my crockpot . What a great idea !!

My only concern would be "cooking" the chocolate that long.....did it ever scortch or burn while doing this ?

I always use a warming tray and metal bowls to melt it but it can take a long time especially if you are making a lg. amount.

Thanks for the tip (and the recipe). Cant wait to try this.....I know my son will love these !! :p

I haven't tried this recipe myself, but a friend of mine says she has made it before and that it came out great!
