Pumpkin Pie Pudding
15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
12 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp melted margarine
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Cool whip
Mix together all ingredients except wcool whip and pour into a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 6- 7 hours. Serve in bowls with cool whip on top. 4 servings
