1 lb. dried prunes
1 1/3 cups dried apricots
13 1/2 oz pineapple chunks, undrained
1 lb. pitted dark sweet cherries, undrained
1/4 cup dry white wine (or use apple juice)
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
Mix all together and place in crcokpot. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Serve warm. 4- 6 servings
