Question Decorating themes?

My hubby and I are currently waiting approval for a house and I am already thinking of decorating ideas. Here is my plan so far, what do you think?

Living room / Kitchen / Dining
All open to each other so I want these rooms to flow being the Tuscan look with rich fabrics, italian style decorations, etc. I am wanting a rick color to use on the walls or maybe a faux stone finish.

Master Bath
I want to do a clean, crisp, ocean theme. Not nautical really with boats and anchors but more white wicker, sand, shells, etc. Relaxing, peaceful, flowing and clutter free. I am using light blue accents with white walls. My mom even told me about her seeing somewhere where they had a poster print of a beach scene and framed it like a window with trim around it and in a cross over it then they had a small curtain rod over the picture with sheer curtains hanging. She said it looked just like the room overlooked the beach and actually made it look more spacious. That sounds great for over my garden tub where I soak in hot baths. I can pretend I am on the beach.

Guest bath
We are taking our nature colors and accesories to do that bathroom with. We have the leaves, dragonflies and neutral colors (tans and stone colors) with a pale violet and sage.

My office
I want bright and cheery to keep me motivated to work. I was thinking a bright lime color, lots of organizing areas to keep area clutter free to keep my mind clutter free. I am also converting the closet into a shelving and file area. One side will ahve file cabinet type drawers and one side will be shelves for stock, paperwork supplies, etc. to keep my desk area as clean as possible.

My DSS's room
Denim with sports stuff and bright colors.

My room
I have no idea. My hubby wants a cherrywood sleigh bed so I will have to find something to go with that.

Game room
Fun colors and rock memorbilia. Maybe the 50's diner type furniture.

Back yard patio
I want a deck but with concrete under it so under the deck acts as a dog house for dogs during rain and heat. the are inside most of the time but there are times where they get "caught" out during the day while we are at work when it rains. I want part of the deck to be covered and have lattice with wisteria growing over it. What are the flowering trees that have pretty pink flowers on it. they were big years ago? Not crape murdles, anywhay my mamaw had those so I want at least one of those in the back for shade.

Anyway, sorry so long. What do you all think and what do you have going on in your houses???
