I'm going to get skinny again.

Yes, I want to be a skinny mini again. I used to be a size 0 before children. No, I don't want to be that skinny again, but I would love to be in a size 5 at least. Right now, I'm a size 16. I'm 200 lbs. I went from 104 to 200 lbs in 12 years. BUT that 200lbs was acumilated in a 4 year time frame. That's a lot of weight for me! I'm small boned, so yeah that's a lot of weight for me. I'm 5'3 and a half. So i'm a shorty.

My sister is getting married in September. I HAVE to lose 80 lbs by then. I do NOT want to be heavy for my lil sis's special day. I'm her matron of honor so I need to look good too. I'm not saying heavy people don't look good, I just need to get close to my original weight for my self being.

Not only am I doing this because I want to look good in a dress, but I want to do it for my health. I'm 29 yrs old and I have high cholesteral. The DR said I NEED to lose 50lbs or more in order to get my Cholesteral under control. I have high blood pressure. I don't want to have a heart attack and leave my children motherless. So what am I going to do about it? Well, I know i need to eat heathier. The DR said no dairy, no red meat and no fried foods. Great, that's everything on my list.

The next 7 months is going to be a challange for me. Since I was skinny all my life before children, I never had to do exercise or eat right etc. I don't know how to be healthy. I don't have the drive to exercise. For me, this is going to be the hardest thing. I am a chocoholic. SERIOUSLY. There is not a day that goes by that I can't not have some type of chocolate. I'm thinking abut having it right now!! So this is going to be the biggest challange I accomplish in my life.

The plan is to eat turkey, chicken and veggies until I can't see straight. I have a treadmill. I plan on walking for 30 minutes each day for three days to get my body semi used to the activity and then on day four, I'm going to let lose and up the brisk walking to 60 minutes daily. After the 7th day, I'm going to up my work out to 30 minutes of jogging for three days, then I will up it to 60 minutes of jogging the 4th day. I plan on doing 100 sit ups a day. I'm going to drink nothing but water. No soda, no tea, no juice no nothing but WATER except on valentines day.

I think if I can do all of these goals and lose at least 30 lbs by May, I will treat myself to a night on the town with hubby at a nice resturant and a movie with popcorn and soda galore :D

I will be a skinny mini for my sisters wedding.
