Roses made from coffee filters

My 6 year old seen this craft on T.V , and I didn't get all the instructions written down,and have been trying to find it for her, it's Roses made from coffee filters and food coloring, what I didn't get wrote down was how to twist or cut the paper for it to made into a rose. If anyone knows of a website giving step by step instructions would be great, I would like to teach her this and she is always eager to make crafts and such. Thanks
