lapel pins made with watercolor paper

I've posted this notice under 'crafts for kids' but thought I may have better luck here. Someone is making these gorgeous pins made out of watercolor paper. I've seen them on women in different themes. i.e pilgrims for Thanksgiving, pumpkins for Halloween etc. If any one has a clue on how to make these, I would love to know. Thanks

Hi Kate, thanks for replying. I went to that site, and they look to be what I am talking about. I just didn't realize how involved they would be They require a lot of product. Well worth it though if I can get the technique down. I've emailed the site owner with some questions. if I try these and the work I will let you know. Thanks again. Keep crafting!!
