Holy Moly!! I just looked these jeans up on Ebay....ouch! the cheapest I saw was $60. and the auction was still live. There's a pair on there that had a leopard patch on the pocket for $202.!!!! Here I thought Justice was horrible for their prices!

I am not trying to be rude, but I never had fancy clothes until I grew up and had a job...then I was able to afford clothes from designers and then only getting them through my job or Ebay...I think it might be time that you teach her that if she wants them then she is going to have to earn them...if she does not have a job, give her jobs around the house that allows her to earn the money to purchase them...they will mean more to her and she will take care of them better...

Neither her mom or I are going to buy them. They will have to come from a thrift or consignment shop for me. She's plenty happy with Justice but the Miss Me is the latest craze I suppose.

At $98 for a pair of jeans I wouldn't be buying them either, I think $40 is outragious when they only wear them 6 months.

I did pay $50 for a pair of Calvin Klein jeans my senior year of high school as that was the big fad. I was working and have never paid that much for a pair of jeans again.

My problem is that I grew up with a mother that sewed all of my clothes...if she could not make it, it was not worn...I had some of those clothes long into my college days...I agree with clothes now...you are lucky to have them last 6 months...My daughter has never heard of these jeans, but she said even though she is working, she would rather purchase a couple pair of pants and shirts...she bought a pant and top outfit for $25 and the shame is the shirt has already lost the shiny stuff that was on it as well as has some holes from where the material wore thin...Clothes are just not made the way they used to be...

Check any consignment shops in your town...we have one here or used to, I will have to check with my daughter, that kids could take their clothes that are in good condition and sell them to the store, and in turn they put them out for sale at less than you could get the same item in a store....
