- Tired of annoying dull scissors?
You can use an SOS pad or something similar and not have to worry with
turning it over as with sandpaper. I find it works just as well as
the sand paper, which I can't always find.
If you have a punch that has dulled, according to Martha you can use it to punch tin foil and that should sharpen up the punch...
Also if you cut tin foil/aluminum foil with scissors it sharpens them too. I have done this and it works great. So if you have a scrap piece of tin foil it so easy to sharpen scissors.
