Happy face Paint and crayon tips

Most kids love to paint but why is it they always seem to spill the dipping jars of paint. What I do in cut a hole in a sponge to fit the paint container. Put the jar/container in the sponge. This helps prevent tipping and also absorb dribbles. This is also good for coloring eggs at Easter............I wrap crayons with masking tape several times. By doing this the crayons don't snap when the child is doing art work.

Does anyone have a good method to remove oil based paint? I accidentally bought it and used it and now I can't get it off anything!
